Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes your mindset, your attitude and your mood. It's not always easy but it's worth it.

Each day is an opportunity to improve yourself, take it and make the most of it.

Regular exercises increase body efficiency, capacity and capability. It improves your cardiovascular system and can correct sleep patterns and immune system. Physical activity is also a form of illness prevention you can rely on.

When the body engages in exercise training several times a week, it reduces stress and anxiety levels. It enhances control over your thoughts, your feelings and your reactions. Keeping your mind body and soul in sync.

Movement is part of our DNA to reclaiming life. Since we are born, we start moving. Kids who are learning to walk are called "toddlers" because that is exactly what they do. They are seeming to hesitate between each step, keeping their legs wide apart and moving one foot forward, then the next one. They toddle their way out, to find things to learn and explore. As soon as they become confident in their physical activity skills, they start to realise that they can move even faster and 'off they go', they start running.

When you move, your musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems increases body capacity to heal itself. It balances hormonal fluctuation. Your brain releases serotonin that stabilises your feelings of wellbeing and happiness. It transfers positive momentum throughout your day. It may also encourage you to avoid unhealthy habits like eating junk food or smoking. You will start making healthier choices for yourself and your family. Your water intake may increase, and your body will release toxins. You feel in-tune with yourself and much more connected with nature. Your thoughts are becoming more positive and you may also find that your creativity is coming out, and you are able to find solutions to problems quite easily.

They will see how healthy exercises and food choices makes them feel, giving them the energy they need to walk or run.

Remember, our real goal is to keep moving, growing and claiming life. Help your family fall in love with physical activity and exercise. There is no one size fits all training programmes, just movement.
