The Story Of My Life

Life2.jpg

We are born to learn. Before I was born I choose my parents. I wanted to be born into an “old jewish book”,

ancient tradition, old culture. I wanted to be in someones image. I chose two of my closes family tree to represent father and mother. They were perfect for what I needed to learn. I popped out like a little seed, out of the grown, into a human’s body. It was moist, nice and warm. The air was fresh. It was life. I then started to develop branches and leaves in the image of hands, legs and hair. I could hear the whispers and felt the energy changing. Sometimes it was a feeling of warmth and lightness, at other times it was cold and dark. From the beginning I was asking questions I was becoming a student in the university of life, searching for my

purpose.

My story began 48 years ago, in m

y eyes my father was the perfect father until, I chose to love others.

My mother taught me how to be strong, brave and to look within, to see the truth for what it is.

To learn and grow to never doubt myself.

Life presents to us challenges to overcome and learn from them, to truly connect with our souls and love ourselves. We have the freedom to choose our own destination. I look back at all the hurts and sufferings I’ve been through in the past and still I choose to forgive anyway. I have learnt not to hold resentments as resentments are negative thought’s that eventually betray and eat away your mind, body and soul. What happened to us is only the story we tell ourselves when we feel depressed.

My life journey has taught me lessons that it is important for me to look after myself.

I discovered that it is

okay for me to make mistakes as I grow.

Each day I am learning to put myself first, to overcome my depression/anxiety. To choose to change the chapters of my life story. My book cover is changing as I am looking within being kind and compassionate to myself. I am learning to treat myself with kindness and respect. To choose healthy nourishing foods to feed my mind, body and soul. I exercise my mind, body and soul. To be true to myself is knowing that I’m worthy. Saying

positive affirmations changes the way I think about myself. I

fill my mind with positive thoughts, and my life starts to change.

I rest my busy mind from constant chatter through meditation, staying in the present moment.

I am committed to live life as mindfully and joyfully as I am able, while sharing what I have learned with others. I now know my purpose is to embrace the new and learn from the past. To repay the many, many teachings I have had in this blessed life. Not to let limiting believes define my future, to live and let live. Those who focus on maintaining awareness live a much

balanced,

happier life than others.
